August 2000, the Bank Victoria received an effective statement of the Chairman of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam) to perform Offering to its shareholders in order to issue pre-emptive rights (Rights), as many as 705 243 360 Common Stock on Behalf of with a nominal value of Rp 100 per share and offered a price of Rp 100 per share and a maximum of Series III Warrants 423 146 616 number that came on Behalf of Common Stock through the capital market in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
February 2003, the Bank Victoria received an effective statement of the Chairman of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam) to conduct a second Offering to its shareholders in the issuance of Pre-emptive Rights (ER) as much as 705 243 360 Common Stock on Behalf of the value nominal value of Rp 100 per share and offered a price of Rp 100 per share and a maximum of Series III Warrants 423 146 616 number that came on Behalf of Common Stock through the capital market in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
