February 2003, the Bank Victoria received an effective statement of the Chairman of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam) to conduct a second Offering to its shareholders in the issuance of Pre-emptive Rights (ER) as much as 705 243 360 Common Stock on Behalf of the value nominal value of Rp 100 per share and offered a price of Rp 100 per share and a maximum of Series III Warrants 423 146 616 number that came on Behalf of Common Stock through the capital market in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
