Bank Pundi obtain an effective statement of the Chairman of Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal (Bapepam) in his letter no. S-153/PM/2001 to conduct a public offering of shares to the public as much as 277.5 million shares with a nominal value of Rp. 100 pershare and offering price of Rp 140 per share, the same time issued55.5 million Series I Warrants that accompanies all the issued shares in public offering is free of charge. Pundi Bank increased by 56.26%, well above the minimum limitprescribed by Bank Indonesia at 8%. With stronger capital, the BankPundi can do full backups on bad credit assets, so that the ratio ofNon Performing Loans (NPL) net fell from 23.5% at March 30, 2010to 4.6% per July 31, 2010.

On 30 September 2010, management launched a new identity PundiBank. Bank Pundi also make changes to business strategy. If theearlier, more focused on the corporate sector, is now developingPundi Bank financing on Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM). Changes in business strategy is aligned with the concept of equalityto prosperity by promoting the empowerment of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM). The concept is the founder and writerof Recapital Group are Rosan P. Roeslani and Sandiaga S. Uno.

Until late 2010 Pundi Bank has 19 offices covering an OperationalHeadquarters and 18 branches in 12 cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Surabaya, Malang, Denpasar, Jakarta, Palembang, Medan, Makassar and Manado. To support the company's operations, until December 31, 2010, Bank Pundi haveas many as 1,500 employees (including Directors).
